- SPF 20 > Spray for 10 seconds all over the skin, from a distance of about 30cm. It is not necessary to penetrate!
- SPF 30 > Spray again after 3 minutes to achieve a protection factor of 30
- SPF 50 > Wait another 3 minutes after the second application and spray a third time to get an SPF 50, the highest protection factor.
